Lead a team of 16 people to do product development and adjust product quality and delivery time according to customer requirements.According to the cooperation with foreign customers for many years, I can cooperate with customer designers on the selection of materials very tacit understanding;During the development phase, we can give customers a clear reference to the actual sample for confirmation according to the DRAWING TP.
At the present stage, according to the global attention to fashion news and new things, I am conducting some investigations on the domestic market related to sustainable development of fashion. I am also conducting a lot of investigations on raw material factories and confirming relevant certifications (for example: GRS;OCS;GOTS;BCI;Oeko-tex) in order to have a better way of working together.
