供应The structural type of the TFXW-H generator is a horizontal structure with feet, featuring a double-bearing (IMB3) or single-bearing (IMB15) design. The protection class of the casing is IP23. The ventilation mode is self-fan cooling. All motors in the series adopt H-class insulation.
The stator uses an octagonal or circular steel plate frame, and the armature winding is a three-phase winding with the neutral point led out and connected in a star pattern.
The rotor core is formed by winding the wire on the body after laminating the integral round salient pole cold-rolled steel plates or silicon steel sheet punchings. The poles are fixed with support blocks, which is sturdy and reliable and has good heat dissipation performance. All rotors are equipped with damper windings. The mechanical strength of each part of the rotor is designed according to the highest rotational speed being 1.2 times the rated rotational speed of the generator. The rotor shaft extension of the double-bearing motor is a cylindrical shaft extension with a flat key. An elastic coupling is recommended for connecting the double-bearing motor to the prime mover. If a pulley drive is used, the service life of the bearing at the driving end will be shortened. The single-bearing motor is connected to the prime mover with a specially made laminated coupling and an adapter (both comply with SAE standards).
The excitation device includes components such as an automatic voltage regulator, current transformer, and terminal block, etc., and is integrally installed in the terminal box on the top of the frame, which is convenient for installation and debugging.
Corresponding high-quality rectifier modules are selected for the static or rotating silicon rectifiers, and varistor modules are equipped, which improves the reliability of the rectification section. The modules are installed reliably and reasonably, and are easy to disassemble and assemble.
