Jaw crusher is an early type of crushing equipment, which is still widely used in industries such as metallurgy, chemical engineering, building materials, power, transportation, etc. due to its simple structure, robustness, reliable operation, easy maintenance and repair, and relatively low production and construction costs

In recent years, our factory has specially developed a strong jaw crusher to meet the needs of crushing high-strength and high hardness low-carbon ferrochrome in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, mining, and construction.

The jaw crusher is mainly used for medium-sized crushing of various ores and bulk materials, and is widely used in industries such as mining, smelting, building materials, highways, railways, water conservancy, and chemical engineering. The maximum compressive strength of the crushed material is 320MPa.

The working mode of this series of crushers is a curved extrusion type, and its working principle is: the electric motor drives the belt and pulley, and the moving jaw moves up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the moving jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw increases, thereby pushing the moving jlate closer to the fixed jlate, and at the same time, the material is crushed or chopped to achieve the purpose of crushing; When the moving jaw descends, the angle between the elbow plate and the moving jaw decreases. Under the action of the pull rod and spring, the moving jlate lees the fixed jlate, and the broken material is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing chamber. With the continuous rotation of the electric motor, the mechanical jaw undergoes periodic motion to crush and discharge materials, achieving mass production.
