The electrical signal output by the sensor is processed by precision temperature compensation and amplification in the back-end conditioning circuit, converting the differential pressure signal of the measuring medium into 4-20mADC or 0-5VDC standard signal output. The PBT01 series differential pressure transmitter uses silicon resistive pressure sensors from GE NOVA SENSOR and silicon resistive micro pressure sensor components from SMI according to different ranges. The sensor is mounted on a ceramic substrate and incorporates the latest silicon wafer micro mechanical technology into the Wheatstone bridge structure through ion implantation, resulting in accurate and stable output signals from the differential pressure transmitter.
